outlook只能收不能寄

各位先進妳們好，
我使用MDaemon已有兩年半，以前是朋友安裝的
使用上一直正常，直到兩個月前突然寄出的信一直
在remote queue動彈不得，但收信是沒問題的
甚感困擾，又不知如何處理，能否請各位先進代為
解惑一下，感激不盡哩

1. 作業系統：2000 Server
2. 是否安防毒軟體：VirusScan
3. 是否安裝防火牆：無
4. 是否自行架設 DNS：代管
5. ADSL 使用固定制IP
6. MDaemon 版本：MDaemon7.2

是指這一封信無法寄出，還是所有的信件都無寄出?
如果是這一封信，就先到queue 中把該封信delete掉，再試一次。
如果是所有信件，就是MDAEMON有問題了。

你好 是所有的信都不能寄也就是說我已經快兩個月不能用outlook寄信了 但別人的帳號就沒問題咧只有我的帳號有問題咧 這是啥原因呢謝謝

建議你照例還是把寄信時的 SMTP IN 內容貼上來看看。

因為你上面貼的是退信訊息，所以無法判讀，請貼寄信時的 SMTP IN 內容。 雖然二者差不多，但是還是有差異性，才有足夠資料判讀。

我從頭看到尾，只看到上述二個錯誤，都是收信人找不到。
你先用伺服器 telnet innosurf.com 25　及telnet innosurf.com 110　如果有回覆，就表示伺服器找得到對方的郵件伺服器，那就表示收件人真的不在他們公司。
如果無法telnet到他們公司，就用你的電腦試試看，如果你的電腦可以，就表示你的伺服器的網路有問題。

如果上述不是你要的結果，就再發問吧!

同樣的道理，先依前述步驟：先用伺服器 telnet innosurf.com 25　及telnet innosurf.com 110　如果有回覆，就表示伺服器找得到對方的郵件伺服器，那就表示你的伺服器與對方公司連接是無任問題，有可能是MDAEMON的問題。 反之，如果無法telnet到他們公司，就用你的電腦試試看，當然這台電腦的IP位置是與伺服器不同，最好DNS也是使用不同的IP，如果你的電腦可以連接上，就表示你的伺服器的網路有問題。 告訴我你的TELNET結果，我再判斷那裏出了問題。

附註說明 innosurf.com 是我的郵件伺服器網域 連我在自己的mail server (innosurf.com) 執行都會出現以下訊息 telnet innosurf.com 25　 >>>fail! 是不是我的25 port有問題ㄚ？ 這個port是代表寄信的嗎？ 另外，其他的人好像也出現無法寄信的問題了耶 這讓我想起來過去有幾次我開啟Mdaemon時候 發現server的劃面上有人執行過 cmd的程式 但公司的mail server 只有我在動 是不是代表有駭客遠端執行程式以造成此結果呢？ 但有掃毒耶奇怪哩 謝謝

在伺服器主機上測試，請改為telnet 127.0.0.1 25及 telnet 127.0.0.1 110。
不過你的測試結果看來，DNS是沒問題，port 25 是有問題，所以MDAEMON 出問題的可能性頗大，請查看 SMTP 是否被關閉了。

因為先前 110 port是成功的，但是這裏失敗了，所以 DNS可能出問題，當然其它的網路問題也有可能，並非完全是MDAEMON的問題。

有可能是中木馬程式，或是其它網路原因，沒看到電腦及網路實際情形，無法做解答。

另外，我看了MDAEMON裏的SMTP是actived
所以不知哪裡有問題呢

我需要重裝MDAEMON嗎

重裝?! 不敢保證一定能解決問題，不過先備份既有 MDAEMON(把整個MDAEMON 資料夾燒成一片光碟片)，然後匯出使用者資料，再新安裝MDAEMON(記得把整個MDAEMON資料夾刪除)，再匯入使用者資料。

他們告訴我將我的outlook
SMTP設定改為msa.hinet.net
這樣的確我可以寄信了
但還是不知為何我的網域
無法telnet到別人的25 port哩

剛發現一個恐怖的現像
我的mail server是固定IP
剛剛心血來潮在firefox的
網址列打上這組IP
沒想到出現一個法國的網頁
可見得我是被入侵了吧？
因為公司根本沒有架設網頁哩

我看問題愈來愈大囉

附件是你們公司被駭客入侵的圖面，看來整間公司都很慘了，建議是全公司所有相關人員(包含親屬)，都重新安裝作業系統吧!
