收的到對方的信，卻寄不出去(似乎是連線逾時的問題)

對方寄給我們的信是收的到，可是寄給對方的信卻一直寄不出去
最後就放在retry queue，看log似乎是連線逾時的問題
也把對方的網域設為no filtering的過濾條件，可是仍然一樣
請問是否還有其他要注意的地方？ 對方收不到，要看對方的 log 才比較能看出端倪。請對方提供他們的 log 來看看。 對方收不到，要看對方的 log 才比較能看出端倪。請對方提供他們的 log 來看看。

為什麼說要看對方的 log，因為從我方只能看到：
Wed 2009-07-29 06:05:29: * Error: 60 second wait for protocol timeout exceeded
意思是等候超過 60 秒而逾時。問題是我們只知道等候逾時，卻無法知道為何對方讓你等候逾時。有可能是被列入黑名單啦、對方伺服器忙碌啦...可能性很多。
