為何我寄給此位址的mail都會收到錯誤訊息?

各位大大: 我每次發mail到此位址的信箱都會收到系統寄給我這封信 但是對方又收的到~這是為啥呢? 我用ping 的　pingㄉ到 211.78.130.1　~~ 該如何解決此問題??? 對方可能使用了<a href='http://www.suma.tw/modules/ipboard/index.php?showtopic=1921' target='_blank'>灰名單</a>功能。所以在前幾次投遞時無法成功的情況下會收到暫時無法投遞的通知。
