請問如何防止一直收到 Transient Delivery Failure 信

各位大大您好:

小弟的主機 最近一直大量收到以下標題的退信(一天有1500封以上)
應該是 有廣告信的業主 用我的帳號 [email protected] （舉例）
大量發送廣告信件
但退信都給我
請問如何治本

而不時治標 （用郵件規則過濾掉 Transient Delivery Failure ） <--否則如果有真正是自己的退信就看不到了
