你們公司可能沒有員工在外面上網吧!
你這樣設定，在非公司以外的地區，可能都會被阻擋寄信。

當然如果你加入了信任區段或是採用 pop後才可以smtp，當然就會好一點。

不過像我們公司的員工，都是利用IMAP，而且每家ISP業者都有人使用，當然包含內地的ISP業者，幾乎無法加入信任區段。

你所提供的方案，就幾乎完全行不通。
