自架server2003 & DNS server ,HiNet固3IP
有查過並未被黑名單組織列入黑名單，也利用TWNIC DNS CHECH測過DNS SERVER(正常)，有兩個國外郵件狀況相同，都被退信，懇請各位大大幫忙解答。

是對方的問題。看起來對方的 DNS 伺服器設定可能有問題。
