exceeds system limits

各位先進好：

 

最近公司業務部不斷反映，要寄給 TTuck@ xxx.com 這位客戶的信一直寄不出去(對方反應說沒收到信)

經檢查伺服器後果然發現一直卡在Remote Queue中，就算丟到Retry Queue也是出不去

 

之後截錄 log檔發現，這封信果然被Reject了，但訊息卻是exceeds system limits，怪的是公司早已將信件大小限制及附件限制取消，怎麼會有這樣的情況呢？還是是客戶信箱有收信大小限制所以被Reject？(因為寄同一家客戶但不同業務人員就過的了)

看起來的確是受到系統的限制。

檢查一下 \MDaemon\app\MDaemon.ini 這個檔案，找到 MaxSMTPMessageSize= 這段，看看後面是否清空了。

檢視結果是 MaxSMTPMessageSize=0 ，並沒有被清空，數值為0應該是代表取消限制。

 

該封信件附件size  MDaemon顯示為26xxxxxx，我刻意將MaxSMTPMessageSize=0改為102400000000後重新啟動並嘗試寄信  一樣失敗

 

作業系統為2000server，Mdaemon 8，防毒使用MD內附，防火牆則為Outpost pro3.5.641

其餘沒有安裝任何軟體及任何其它無用的服務(純MD使用)，網路設備無限制封包大小

仔細看了一下，有限制的是對方的伺服器，並不是你們的。
