收不到越南發出的信件

近來我們一直收不到由越南寄出的信，看過 log file，好像沒有問題，但到了 data section 時，等了十分鐘便自動中止，好像是收不到對方的 data。而我們寄信給對方，對方是可以收到的。不知是何問題。我們的資料如下：
Windows 20003 enterprise edition sp2
Mdaemon server 9.5.1
Antispam server daemon (MD SpamD) v3.1.5
Mdaemon Antivirus v2.2.9

初步看起來就是等候逾時...多半是對方的問題的可能性比較大。正常完成的郵件會有
--> 250 Ok, message saved
的字樣
