對方send email ，我方無法收到

各位好,小弟因為係新手,最近碰到一個問題, 未能解決!
有一位客人,向我反應都不能寄信到我方server, 以下係
對方給我的 error message 。
煩請各位, 可否指導小弟 ,從何入首找出問題所在 !

你要把這封信的 SMTP IN 的 log 找出來看才對。看對方的訊息不準。

謝謝你回覆! , 但我係我log 中找不到對方曾經send email 給我方. 另外你 說" SMTP IN 的 log " 係對方的定係我方? 我不是好明白. 不好意思我是新手.

你要把這封信的 SMTP IN 的 log 找出來看才對。看對方的訊息不準。

是指該信寄來時，你們這方在 MDaemon Server 中的 SMTP IN 的 log。如果找不到，與對方約個時間再寄一次測試。

明白. 其實我巳試過, 但log file 找不到佢 send 過記錄.  另外 "I'm not going to try again; this message has been in the queue too long."  是否連繫不到我方 email server (這個是網上解釋) .  所以我都唔肯定 是我方出現問題或是對方.

只有這個客戶寄給你們有問題嗎？如果連進來的 Log 都沒有，問題可能出現在 DNS 的解析上。請對方 ping 看看，看能不能 ping 到你們的郵件主機。

對不起! 另外如果對方不能ping 我方郵件主機(因為事實上我巳請對方嘗試ping 我方郵件主機, 等待對方回覆中) , 這應該代表是我方發生問題? 或是另外地方發生問題 ?

如果對方 ping 不到你，那他們 ping 別人有問題嗎？如果只有 ping 不到你，檢查你們的 DNS 的 A Record 及 MX Record 設定有沒有問題。
