請問我的信卡在Retry Queue一直寄不出去

請問大家
我的信卡在Retry queue中
寄件者跟收件者都是確定OK的
我已經選擇Process now
但信就都還是沒有動作
我也把MDaemon關掉重開
請問該如何才能將信寄出

看起來是與對方的郵件伺服器連不上，有可能被對方擋，要去問對方。
