關於 Mdaemon TLS

請問一下版本的前輩，日前發生一個問題，就是客戶收不到信件，客戶回覆該他們啟用TLS，要我們也啟用
目前我的MD有使用letsencrypt做SSL，我也有啟用STSRTTLS，
但查了LOG，MD一樣使用未加密的SMTP去連線，這是對的嗎？
還是有什麼地方漏掉沒設定呢？還是對方的問題？

TLS 需要使用到 port 587 或 465。看看有沒有開啟，並確認是不是跟這個有關。
